    At Learn With Netflix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our service.

    14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

    After the 14-Day Period

    After the 14-day period has expired, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    Reasons we might consider for a refund outside the 14-day period include:

    • Extended service outages or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use the service
    • Billing errors or duplicate charges
    • Other exceptional circumstances beyond your control

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our support team at learnwithnetflix@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
    2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
    3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
    4. Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through your Paddle account

    We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

    Payment Processor

    Payment processing services for Learn With Netflix are provided by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

    All refunds will be processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.

    Cancellations

    Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel your subscription:

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
    • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
    • No refund will be issued for the current billing period unless specifically requested

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
